The general requirements for skydiving in Mexico are to weigh less than 80 kilograms (some places allow up to 105 kilograms), wear comfortable clothing and athletic or rubber-soled shoes (no hooks), and be in good physical condition (not sleep-deprived, intoxicated, or under the influence of any substances).
The equipment needed for a skydive includes a jumpsuit, harness, helmet, goggles, and gloves.
Once you’re ready, after a 15-minute briefing with instructions and tips, you’ll board the plane and ascend for about 15 minutes to 4,000 meters. Then comes the moment to jump and dive alongside your instructor. The freefall begins, during which you’ll drop from 4,000 to 1,500 meters, reaching speeds of 250 km per hour.

2. Skydive México
Located at the Tequesquitengo Aerodrome, this place is one of the most popular for skydiving in Mexico. It also has offices in Cuernavaca and is certified as one of the best centers for Tandem jumps.
They offer promotions throughout the year, sometimes even 2-for-1 deals. You can choose from which height you want to jump: 13,000 feet or even 17,000 feet, depending on how daring you feel. The maximum weight allowed is 90 kilograms.
